DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Desktop Support / Technical Support professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot computer and network problems.Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.Assist with setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on systems and applications.Document technical issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.Train users on software applications and best practices for IT security.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repairs for desktops and laptops.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. .
