Responsibility To extend technical support to sales/customers for all kind of technical enquiries, manage projects, handling seal failure analysis(performance issue). Process knowledge of Oil & Gas Segment Education and Experience BE in Mechanical Engineering Exp in Oil & Gas, & OEM Sales with 5-7 Years Strong work experience in application engineering & design with respective customers Familiar with CRM Software Strong Knowledge on Business Sales and Marketing Practices Knowledge in seals, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems Preferred Process knowledge of Oil & Gas segment. Knowledge on Rubber/Plastics products Excellent customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction Ability to lead and motivate customers Skills: seals,gas,oil .
