Role Focus: High-level strategic architecture, enterprise roadmap design, and technical governance for global identity systems. Role Summary : Seeking a seasoned IAM Architect based in India to lead the architectural blueprinting, global standardization, and scalability strategy for identity transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities : - Define the end-to-end global IAM architectural roadmap, standards, and design patterns. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to distributed engineering teams. - Ensure enterprise security alignment, compliance, and future-proof design across all identity systems. - Evaluate emerging identity technologies, protocols, and integration frameworks. Qualifications & Technical Skills : - Extensive architectural experience designing large-scale, enterprise Identity and Access Management ecosystems. - Deep mastery of contemporary identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos) and directory services. - Proven track record in financial services, banking, or global enterprise environments. - Exceptional technical communication and stakeholder management skills. .
