That is where you come in!Job DescriptionRequirementsExperience : 5.5+ yearsStrong experience in HR technology, talent acquisition platforms, and enterprise HR solution design.Strong expertise in Avature configuration, including workflows, forms, fields, templates, user roles, permissions, security models, and platform governance.Proven experience in Design Consulting, translating business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions and platform designs.Hands-on experience with Avature Junction integrations, including API-led integration architecture, data mapping, transformation rules, orchestration, and error handling.Experience implementing and supporting enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse solutions, with exposure to Sherlock Data Lakehouse preferred.Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise integration frameworks, and data governance principles.Ability to align platform configurations with enterprise integration, analytics, and reporting requirements.Experience designing scalable recruitment, offer management, and onboarding solutions within Avature.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and solution design discussions.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR platforms is an advantage.Exposure to Avature Agent Builder or Agentic AI capabilities is desirable.Experience supporting global Talent Acquisition transformation programs is preferred.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and optimization of Avature solutions for recruitment, offer management, onboarding, and other talent acquisition processes.Configure and maintain Avature workflows, forms, fields, contract templates, user roles, permissions, and security models.Ensure robust platform governance through data validation, security controls, and standardized configuration practices.Design and implement Avature Junction integrations using API-led architecture and enterprise integration best practices.Define data mappings, transformation rules, orchestration logic, and error-handling mechanisms for seamless system integrations.Design and enable data pipelines between Avature and enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms to support analytics and reporting.Develop and implement ETL/ELT processes to ensure high-quality, analytics-ready data aligned with enterprise standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Work closely with integration, data, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end HR technology solutions.Support platform enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and post-implementation optimization activities.Drive continuous improvements in platform performance, usability, and integration capabilities.Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer materials to support ongoing platform operations.Stay current with Avature product capabilities and recommend innovative features and best practices to enhance business outcomes.QualificationsBachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
