UX Designer (Contract) (Bangalore Rural)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Contract Role: 6 Months ( Third Party Payroll) (Extended) Location : Bangalore - 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design - Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, or Digital Design - Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital applications - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys - Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries) - Create information architecture (site maps, navigation flows, content hierarchy) - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups - Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback - Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards - Advocate for user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle - Work closely with developers for feasible and consistent implementation - Use analytics and feedback for continuous UX improvements - Hands-on with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics .
