Full Stack Developer (Node.js/TypeScript + React.js) About the Role Were looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building high-quality software and solving real-world problems. As an early member of our engineering team, youll work across the stack, take ownership of key product modules, and contribute to building scalable, reliable systems that directly impact our customers. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.Build modern, responsive, and performant web applications using React.js and TypeScript.Take end-to-end ownership of product modulesfrom design and implementation to deployment and long-term maintenance.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver customer-centric features.Align technical decisions with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring engineering efforts drive measurable value.Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuously improve engineering practices and development workflows.Troubleshoot production issues and proactively improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. Required Skills Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend application development.Solid experience building frontend applications with React.js and TypeScript.Excellent understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and modern web application architecture.Extensive hands-on experience using Git for version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.Strong practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently own, design, and deliver features with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Experience with Python for backend services, automation, scripting, or AI/ML integrations.A working knowledge of AWS and Azure to effectively collaborate with our DevOps and SecOps teams during solution design, deployment, and operational planning.Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in leveraging Agentic AI securely and responsibly to accelerate software development, enhance developer productivity, and strengthen the Test-Driven Development (TDD) process, while ensuring code quality, reliability, and maintainability.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
