Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the enterprise architecture vision for BSS, Billing & - Charging, aligning with overall business strategy and program objectives. - Serve as the technical authority for BSS, billing, charging, and revenue management domains, establishing a technology roadmap and architectural blueprint. - Architect end-to-end blueprints for BSS, Billing & - Charging domains, ensuring seamless data and process flows with other internal systems. - Design scalable, modular, and resilient architectures that integrate legacy components with modern cloud-based services. - Provide thought leadership and drive adoption of the latest technologies and best practices, including AI and machine learning innovations. - Build and enforce architecture governance frameworks, ensuring all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards. - Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into robust architectural designs. - Develop comprehensive architecture roadmaps, identifying capability gaps and defining transition plans for BSS, Billing & - Charging. Overview - The Senior Architect for BSS Billing and Charging plays a pivotal role in defining and leading the technology architecture vision for Saudi Arabia's leading telecom operator's BSS, billing, charging, and revenue management ecosystem. - This position ensures alignment with the company's business strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. - Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role supports major transformational initiatives within a telecom-centric environment. - The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of architecting large-scale telecom solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and real-time charging innovations. - Strategic leadership and deep domain expertise are required to modernize and drive efficiency in our systems. - The role involves continuous awareness of emerging trends like AI-driven automation, cloud-native BSS architectures, Open API adoption, and next-generation charging models. - These capabilities are crucial to future-proof the billing and charging landscape, ensuring sustainable, long-term scalability. - The Senior Architect will be responsible for engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate the architecture vision and roadmap, acting as a trusted advisor on technology strategy to align IT capabilities with business goals. Requirements - Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Masters degree preferred. - More than twelve years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture roles with significant exposure to telecom Billing & - Charging domains. - Proven success in large-scale BSS transformation programs and experience with platforms such as CRM, Ericsson Charging, and Netcracker Billing. - Deep knowledge of telecom BSS, Billing & - Charging systems, and their integration with CRM, ordering, product catalog, and revenue assurance systems. - Familiarity with TOGAF, TM Forum Frameworx, eTOM, SID, Open APIs, and ITIL. - Broad technical expertise across application, data, and integration architectures with experience in integration middleware, APIs, and microservices. - Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and present strategies to executives. .
