Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior design concepts.Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design documentation.Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D models for hospitality, commercial, and residential projects.Create client presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and design proposals.Produce realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for project presentations.Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams to refine design solutions.Ensure designs align with project objectives, spatial planning, functionality, and aesthetic standards.Support the preparation of working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.Coordinate with vendors and consultants regarding materials, finishes, specifications, and site requirements.Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, emerging technologies, and AI-powered design tools.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.14 years of experience in architectural or interior design.Strong expertise in 2D drafting, architectural presentations, and design documentation.Proficiency in:AutoCAD (2D Drafting & Working Drawings)Adobe Photoshop (Presentation & Visualization)SketchUp3ds MaxLumionV-RayRevit (preferred)Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, space planning, building design principles, and material selection.Ability to produce high-quality presentation boards, client presentations, and realistic architectural visualizations.Knowledge of AI-powered design and visualization tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, D5 AI, Veras AI, or similar) to enhance design development, presentations, visualization, and workflow efficiency.Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience working on hospitality, commercial, or residential projects.Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, BOQs, and site coordination.Experience in preparing presentation decks, concept boards, and client-facing design proposals.Exposure to interior design, furniture layouts, and spatial planning.Key AttributesStrong creative and conceptual thinkingExcellent visualization and presentation skillsHigh attention to detail and design accuracyStrong problem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environmentPassion for innovation and continuous learning of emerging design technologies and AI tools .
