Job Description Adoption & Change Manager (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Position Title - Adoption & Change Manager Department - Change Management / Digital Adoption Reports To - Programme / Project Manager Coordinates With - Delivery Manager; UX/Design Lead; Project Manager; Internal Communications Location - Onsite at client premises (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) Engagement Type - Full-time, aligned to project or programme duration Methodology - Prosci ADKAR - framework for all change activities ROLE PURPOSE The Adoption & Change Manager is accountable for the people-side of change across the organisations digital platforms, tools, and process rollouts. The role applies the Prosci ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) as the mandatory structuring framework for every adoption initiative, ensuring stakeholders move from awareness of a change through to sustained, reinforced adoption. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a purely advisory one: the Adoption & Change Manager builds the campaigns, writes the content, runs the sessions, and owns the adoption metrics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Change Strategy & Planning (ADKAR Foundation) Own the end-to-end change management strategy for each platform rollout, structured explicitly around the five ADKAR building blocks. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness diagnostics prior to each release. Translate ADKAR diagnostics into phased adoption campaigns (Teaser, Launch, Sustain, Milestone) aligned to programme delivery timelines. Maintain an ADKAR gap analysis per stakeholder group and adjust interventions where barrier points are identified. 2. Awareness & Desire Design and execute communication plans, newsletters, and awareness campaigns introducing upcoming changes and their rationale. Partner with the Internal Communications team to align messaging, tone, and channel selection. Run targeted engagement sessions with sponsors, business owners, and department leads to build visible buy-in and address resistance. Develop sponsor talking points and cascade materials to support leader-led change messaging. 3. Knowledge & Ability Design training curricula, quick-reference guides, and enablement content for the platforms and tools being rolled out. Coordinate hands-on training sessions, office hours, and a network of platform champions across business departments. Track training completion, competency milestones, and knowledge-check outcomes; close gaps with targeted follow-up. Ensure enablement content is scoped to actual user workflows, not generic feature walkthroughs. 4. Reinforcement & Sustainment Establish feedback loops, usage analytics, and adoption dashboards to monitor post-launch behaviour. Define, track, and report adoption KPIs and success metrics against agreed targets. Design sustainment and corrective-action plans where adoption lags expectations, including refresher interventions. Recognise and communicate early adoption wins to reinforce continued usage. 5. Stakeholder & Governance Alignment Maintain the Stakeholder Register and Communication Plan in the approved PMO templates. Report adoption progress within the periodic PMO status report (key updates and upcoming deliverables). Log adoption-related risks and issues into the RAID Register and escalate through the Programme /Project Manager. Route all reporting through the agreed governance chain, consistent with the programmes communication protocol. ADKAR APPLICATION ACROSS THE ROLE Awareness - Communication plans, newsletters, town halls explaining the why behind the change Desire - Sponsor engagement, resistance management, incentive alignment Knowledge - Training curricula, user guides, workshops, knowledge checks Ability - Hands-on coaching, office hours, champion network, workflow support Reinforcement - Usage analytics, feedback loops, recognition, corrective sustainment plans REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
