FTE Job Code DTDLPL-43226 Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs Private Limited Gurgaon Haryana India 1 position Expires on 09 10 2025 Required Experience5 - 8 Years Skillsqa automationDesign and implement robust performance testing strategies for backend platforms and services ensuring full alignment with non-functional requirements NFRs Develop maintain and enhance scalable automated load and stress test suites using Gatling and Java targeting microservices and cloud-native deployments Attain deep expertise in backend infrastructure including APIs databases cloud environments such as AWS and GCP and microservices architectures powered by containerization with Docker Set up scale and manage testing environments leveraging Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters including configuring horizontal pod autoscaling HPA to validate real-world scalability under load Monitor analyze and report on performance metrics using these insights to identify and address bottlenecks collaborating cross-functionally with DevOps Backend Engineers and SREs for optimal tuning Prepare comprehensive documentation covering test strategies scripts findings and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Contribute to ongoing capacity planning infrastructure tuning and recommendations for upgrades with a key focus on evaluating configuring and validating autoscaling of containers and pods in contemporary cloud ecosystems .
