Support Creation Of Skill Intelligence Platform Talent Marketplace / Internal Mobility Engine Learning Recommendation Engine Career Architecture & Skills Repository HR Knowledge Assistant / HR Agent Workforce Insights Dashboard Design AI Agents for Employee & Manager Experience Develop AI agents to automate employee queries and HR transactions. Create manager self-service solutions and decision-support tools. Improve employee experience through conversational interfaces. Talent Intelligence & Analytics Map skills across roles and create skills taxonomy frameworks. Build data models and dashboards for workforce planning and capability insights. Generate predictive insights for talent decisions. Innovation & Change Enablement Benchmark emerging AI applications in HR. Conduct pilots and document business impact.
