: We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience building high-quality, user-centric front-end applications using React.js. As a Senior Developer, you will lead the development of scalable, maintainable front-end systems, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of front-end applications using React.js. - Architect reusable components and libraries for future use across projects. - Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and server-side logic seamlessly. - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance. - Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure high-quality, smooth user experiences. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve development processes. - Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment. - Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews. - Ensure applications are responsive and cross-browser compatible, using a deep understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Participate in planning and sprint reviews, working effectively in an Agile environment. - Contribute to the architecture of micro-frontend applications and other cutting-edge web solutions. Required Skills & Experience: - Expertise in JavaScript and React.js, with solid experience using frameworks such as Next.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries. - Robust understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern responsive design principles. - Extensive experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or other libraries. - Solid experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries. - Proficient with Git for version control and collaboration. - Strong understanding of TypeScript for type-safe applications. - Experience with performance optimization, real-time data fetching, and efficient rendering techniques. - In-depth knowledge of micro-frontends and their architecture. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a strong focus on high-quality, maintainable code. - Strong experience in Agile environments, working closely with both back-end and front-end teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Educational Qualification: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). .
