About the Opportunity A leading player in the financial services and fintech innovation space, were scaling next-gen broking and distribution ecosystems across Indiapowered by tech-driven client acquisition, omnichannel engagement, and performance-led advisory models. Our Business Head will spearhead growth across retail and institutional segments, redefining how wealth creation and financial access are delivered at scale. Role & Responsibilities Design and execute go-to-market strategies for broking & distribution verticals, driving client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across geographies. Lead P&L ownership for the business unitset revenue targets, optimize cost structures, and deliver scalable profitability. Build and manage high-performance teams across sales, operations, and channel partnerships, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Forge strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and advisory networks to expand distribution footprint and deepen client penetration. Monitor regulatory and market shifts, adapting product offerings and compliance frameworks to ensure business continuity and competitive edge. Report directly to the CEO and board with actionable insights, KPIs, and roadmap execution across sales, tech enablement, and client experience.
