Technical Skills Requirement Product Security Must Have Skills - Strong programming experience in C, C++ and Embedded C. - Good understanding and hands-on experience with RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS or equivalent RTOS platforms). - Experience in embedded system debugging using JTAG/SWD interfaces. - Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including: - Socket Programming - HTTP/HTTPS Protocols - Hands-on experience with security libraries such as MbedTLS and OpenSSL. - Experience in porting OpenSSL and other security components to embedded platforms. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and collaborative software development practices. Good to Have Skills/ Understanding of - Understanding of Cryptography concepts, including: - Symmetric Encryption and Asymmetric Encryption - Experience/ Understanding of implementing and integrating hashing algorithms such as: - SHA-256 and SHA-384 - Exposure to GIT version control system, Static Code Analysis e.g Sonar Cube tools and secure coding practices. Plus Azure DevOps/Agile would offer a great help - Familiarity with Agile project management and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Technical Skills Requirement - IEC 61850 Must Have Skills - Strong programming experience in C, C++ and Embedded C. - Good understanding and hands-on experience with RTOS concepts (FreeRTOS or equivalent RTOS platforms). - Experience in embedded system debugging using JTAG/SWD interfaces. - Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including: - Socket Programming - HTTP/HTTPS Protocols - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with IEC 61850 communication protocol for Substation Automation Systems (SAS). - Experience with IEC 61850 services and models, including: - MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification) - GOOSE (Generic Object-Oriented Substation Event) - Client/Server communication - Knowledge of IEC 61850 logical nodes, data models, and Substation Configuration Language (SCL) files. - Experience in developing, integrating, testing, and troubleshooting IEC 61850-compliant Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and collaborative software development practices. Good to Have Skills - Experience with Git version control system. - Exposure to Static Code Analysis tools and secure coding practices. - Familiarity with Agile project management and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Work Model: - Alternative: Hybrid work model with a mandatory presence at the Goa Location office for at least two consecutive weeks each month. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
