10+ years' experience across a full development life cycle at leadership level responsibilities. 5+ years' experience in customer-facing interactions where you partnered with stakeholders to guide them through Lean-Agile adoptions. 5+ years' experience comprehending compelling reasons for change and sense of urgency, 5+ years' experience capturing, understanding, and reliably conveying direct business needs and guiding the solutioning of complex problems. 5 + years competency of agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience Multiple framework and competency certifications. (Scrum, Scale, LPM/PO, Coach, etc) Demonstrable leadership skills of communication and influence. Those attributes of championing, uniting, bonding, achieving, guiding, and exciting. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes for the purpose. Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to other colleagues in various roles, as well as leaders. Organizational, positive time management, balanced attention to help optimize a valued outcome across varying priorities. Expert experience with one or more common agile application lifecycle management (ALM) tools. (Jira, Jira Align, Azure Dev Ops (TFS) VersionOne, Rally, etc.). More is better. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6) Certification (another or more enterprise Agile certifications is helpful.) .
