Lead Product Designer UX & Intelligent Interfaces (Healthcare + AI)

Position: Lead Product Designer UX & Intelligent Interfaces Location: Pune (Hybrid Role) Experience: 8+ years Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Were looking for a Lead Product Designer UX & Intelligent Interfaces to architect human-AI interactions that feel natural, assistive, and delightful. Youll work on complex, multi-modal healthcare applications, including intelligent agents that support clinicians and care managers through automation, smart tasking, nudges, and generative workflows. This role combines systems thinking, human-centered design, and a vision for how AI transforms healthcare usability. Youll be a foundational design voice shaping agentic user experiences where intelligent systems partner with users, not just respond to them. What Youll Do Lead the design of intuitive and assistive interfaces powered by AI including conversational UI, AI copilots, and decision-support systems. Partner with product, clinical, and data teams to map user needs to AI capabilities (e.g., predictive insights, summarization, automation). Design adaptive workflows that evolve with user feedback and learning loops, enabling personalized, context-aware interactions. Own wireframes, mockups, journey maps, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Framer, and Lottie. Work closely with engineering to embed UX across our AI stack from voice interfaces to rule-based logic to generative models. Conduct usability testing for intelligent features and agentic workflows (e.g., task delegation, smart recommendations). Champion ethical, explainable design in AI ensuring users understand and trust what our systems do on their behalf. Mentor and inspire junior designers in designing for emerging tech like AI, automation, and ambient UX. Requirements 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with 2+ years designing for AI-powered, data-rich, or decision support systems. Deep understanding of agentic design principles, human-machine collaboration, and trust in automation. Strong design portfolio demonstrating complex flows, UX for professional tools, and thoughtful interaction models. Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms preferably healthcare, fintech, or logistics. Proficiency in Figma (required), Framer, UXPin, and prototyping AI or voice experiences is a plus. Experience with or a keen interest in LLMs, AI agents, or conversational UX is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate AI-powered UX concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
