We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Luxury Travel Sales Manager to lead sales, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If youre experienced in selling luxury travel, hospitality, villas, resorts, or premium experiences and have a proven track record of achieving targets, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Drive monthly and annual sales and revenue targets. * Convert high-value inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective consultation and follow-ups. * Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, travel agents, corporate clients, and hospitality partners. * Recommend premium villa stays, destination celebrations, retreats, and curated travel experiences based on customer requirements. * Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase revenue. * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversions and customer satisfaction. * Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve assigned KPIs. Requirements * 36 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry (Mandatory). * Proven experience in luxury travel, hotels, resorts, villas, tourism, destination weddings, or premium hospitality sales. * Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
