We are seeking a talented and motivated Ruby on Rails Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development, along with a solid understanding of web development principles, RESTful APIs, and database management. You will work on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code following best practices and design patterns.Implement and maintain Active Record models, relationships, and query optimizations.Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.Manage background jobs and asynchronous processing using Sidekiq, Resque, or Delayed Job.Ensure application security by following best practices in data protection, authentication, and authorization.Work with RSpec or MiniTest for unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to improve application usability and performance.Deploy and manage applications on Heroku, AWS, or other cloud platforms.Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.Proficiency in Ruby programming language and RoR framework.Strong understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.Hands-on experience with Active Record, database migrations, and schema design.Experience with Front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js (preferred but not mandatory).Good knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.Experience with Git and version control workflows.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines (preferred).Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. .
