Job Summary We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer to join our client team and support business- critical, billable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development and cloud experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2 application support for production systems and resolve issues within defined SLAs - Analyse application logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes - Work closely with L1, L3, and Cloud teams for incident resolution and enhancements - Support and maintain containerized applications deployed on GCP and Kubernetes - Handle database queries, analysis, and optimizations - Assist in deployment, monitoring, and operational stability of services - Ensure high availability and performance of billable applications - Participate in on-call rotations and escalation handling when required Mandatory Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Solid proficiency in Core Python - Experience with Flask Framework - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker - Strong database skills with SQL and PostgreSQL - Experience with OCR technologies - Knowledge of RabbitMQ messaging queue - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good to Have (Preferred Skills) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with Google Vision API - Experience with Google Document AI - Exposure to production monitoring and alerting tools .
