This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is also a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Qualified & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering to optimize workflows. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. - Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges and deliver practical solutions.
