We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting project teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements and workflows. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and functional documentation. Coordinate with development, testing, and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity. Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence (preferred). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (a plus). .
