Job Title: Jr. Application Administrator Experience Required 1 to 3 years of hands -on experience in Application Administration Role Overview The Application & IAM Administrator will play a critical role in managing both application administration and identity & access management (IAM) operations for a portfolio of approximately 30 third -party, cloud -based/SaaS applications. This role ensures secure access, efficient user lifecycle management, and reliable application support for a global user base, while closely collaborating with Application Development team, SAM, and FinOps teams. Key Responsibilities Application Administration - Provide end -to -end administrative support for ~30 third -party applications, primarily cloud/SaaS -based (99.9%). - Manage application user administration for applications with 20100 users each. - Handle application -related service requests and incidents via ServiceNow (SNOW). - Perform initial application troubleshooting and issue triage; work closely with application owners and third -party/vendor support teams for resolution. - Ensure application availability and operational readiness in line with defined SLAs. IAM Operations Support - Manage the complete identity and access lifecycle across supported applications, including: - User intake, onboarding, and role -based access provisioning - Access modifications and approvals - User offboarding and access de -provisioning - Perform IAM operational activities such as: - Role and entitlement management - Enforcement of least privilege and access governance policies - Troubleshoot any Application or IAM -related issues and coordinate with Application teams for complex escalations. Cross -Functional & Global Support - Support global users across US, Europe, and Asia regions. - Work in UK business hours with required overlap to US time zones. - Collaborate closely with: - Application Development teams for governance and compliance. - SAM teams for license usage tracking and compliance - FinOps teams for cost optimization and consumption visibility - Ensure consistent adherence as per defined SLAs. Required Skills & Experience - 13 years of experience in both Application Administration and IAM Operations. - Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, user lifecycle management, access provisioning/de -provisioning, access reviews, and audit support. - Hands -on experience supporting cloud/SaaS applications. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ITSM tools. - Experience coordinating with third -party vendors and internal stakeholders. - Ability to support multiple applications and priorities in a global setting. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
