Role: Manager - Actuarial Pricing Location: Chubb Business Services India Roles & Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead the North America actuarial pricing team, overseeing the execution of pricing processes for property insurance by Westchester, the E&S; specialty product group within Chubb. Resource Management: Manage senior resources in the team and ensure that an appropriate management structure and processes are in place for all team members. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand expectations, prioritize deliverables, and align the team's work with business objectives and timelines. Actuarial Transformation: Actively contribute to the actuarial transformation efforts within the company, ensuring continuous improvement. Mentoring: Mentor and guide team members to enhance their expertise in actuarial pricing, products, rate filings, and related areas. Eligibility: Qualification: Qualified or Near-qualified actuary with a specialization in property & casualty insurance. Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in the property & casualty insurance sector. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal abilities, and effective team management skills. Additional Knowledge: Expertise in the US Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance market is highly desirable. .
