The role involves managing high-volume hiring for frontline tele- sales roles. Ideal for recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver results under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding, ensuring timely closures and achievement of monthly hiring targets. - Source candidates through different job portals, referrals, social media. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professionals for current and future hiring needs. - Manage candidate communication, feedback, and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate compensation within approved budgets and facilitate offer rollouts. - Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining. - Support documentation and joining formalities of selected candidates. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely onboarding. - Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
