Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in US / International Sales, cold calling, and international calling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven ability to close deals, and experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams. This role requires a strong sales mindset, customer-convincing ability, and expertise in managing end-to-end international sales processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage international (US market) sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets. Perform and oversee international calling and cold calling to generate and close new business opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets. Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximize conversion rates. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and track KPIs using CRM tools. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead generation and sales effectiveness. Ensure adherence to international sales standards and best practices. Mandatory Requirements 2+ years of experience in International / US Sales. Mandatory hands-on experience in international calling and cold calling. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing and leading sales teams. Strong knowledge of US sales processes and customer behavior. Ability to work in a night shift environment. Required Skills Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written). Strong sales acumen with outstanding convincing and negotiation abilities. Expertise in customer handling and relationship management. Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B / B2C international sales.
