About Zopper Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.E. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound outreach to the prospective clients through calls and other communication channels. - Identify and engage potential customers to generate qualified business opportunities. - Deliver the initial sales pitch, understand customer requirements, and assess interest levels. - Qualify leads and hand over warm/prospective opportunities to the Banca Sales team for further engagement and closure. - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in the CRM. - Consistently achieve daily outreach, lead generation, and pipeline creation targets. - Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve outreach effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with the Banca team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up. Prerequisities - 25 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales. - Prior experience in the Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech, Lending, Wealth Management, etc.). - Good understanding of banking products, insurance, lending, and financial services. - Experience in high-volume outbound calling and pipeline generation. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage. .
