Site Head & General Manager - Manufacturing Job Description Role Purpose Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at the Sikkim site, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time product delivery, while driving operational excellence and business performance. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Execute production plans aligned with business strategy Ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) product delivery Drive productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with CGMP and regulatory requirements Oversee QMS, validations, audits, and approvals of key documents Manage deviations, OOS/OOT, complaints, and CAPA effectiveness Regulatory & Audit Lead internal/external audits and inspections Maintain Site Master File and validation systems Continuous Improvement & Risk Management Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives Enhance cost efficiency and operational performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Supply Chain, QA/QC, R&D, Finance, and Procurement Ensure seamless technology transfer and supply continuity Plant & Resource Management Oversee EHS, plant hygiene, and manufacturing environment Manage OPEX/CAPEX, inventory, and infrastructure People Leadership Lead site leadership team and ensure capability building Drive engagement, training, and effective manpower utilization Key Deliverables Consistent regulatory compliance Reliable product supply to markets Cost control and productivity improvement Strong quality and audit performance Work Experience 20+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with leadership experience Education Graduation Post Graduation in Engineering or Pharmacy Competencies Collaboration Stakeholder Management Strategic Agility Developing Talent Result Orientation Innovation & Creativity Customer Centricity Process Excellence Experience Level Executive Level .
