Key Responsibilities: Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality ambulance operations Monitor fleet performance (fuel, maintenance, breakdowns, response time, MIS reports) Maintain ambulance uptime, servicing, insurance & statutory compliance Handle accidents, breakdown recovery, warranty & vendor coordination Manage inventory, imprest, bills & audit compliance Prepare duty rosters, attendance, leave & performance tracking Coordinate inspections, training programs & employee engagement Support HR activities (recruitment, grievances, IR issues) Liaise with district officials, hospitals & manage events/awareness programs Perform emergency tasks as assigned by reporting managers The role involves frequent field visits, emergency response coordination, and travel across Kerala Required Skills: Solid communication, coordination & analytical skills Fluent in English & Malayalam Willing to work anywhere in Kerala Required Qualification - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering - Strong communication and coordination skills - Fluent in English and Malayalam - Willingness to work anywhere in Kerala - Experience in fleet operations, logistics, or ambulance operations is preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Commuter assistance - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Life insurance - Provident Fund Compensation: 25,000.00 - 32,800.00 per month Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
