Role Summary The Internal Audit Department is responsible for overseeing the companys internal audit program. This position is for an experienced internal audit team member: A committed professionalWith strong technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsProactive and effective in planning and executing internal audits Job Requirements Education CA, MBA, CIA, CISA is preferred Relevant Experience - 8+ years internal audit experienceAudit firm work experienceExperience in the residential real estate, residential credit, and corporate credit industry is a plusExposure to the US Real Estate industry and US legal requirements is a plus Key Competencies 1. A comprehensive understanding of the Global Internal Audit Standards and leading internal audit practicesExcellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and independently to identify and assess risks and control deficienciesDemonstrated ability in prioritizing workload and driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsSound judgment, integrity, and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvementIndustry or sector experienceCollaboration- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders Key Result Areas 1.
