Team Leader Operations Pune (India)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to supervise a highly skilled team that handles queries related to Windows Server and Cloud-based applications. This is a critical role that requires a blend of robust technical acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can coach, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve peak performance. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision & Performance Management: Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring consistent and high-quality performance. Regularly coach and mentor direct reports to enable consistent high-performance delivery. Identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Conduct team meetings to ensure effective communication of relevant information and provide an open forum for input. Manage and monitor work and attendance in accordance with company policy. Operational Excellence: Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations. Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls. Stay current on internal work processes, policies, and procedures. Leadership & Culture: Promote company values and lead by example. Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates. Schedule and organize team activities. Key Skills & Knowledge A proven background in a similar supervisory role, with a strong ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members. A robust foundation in handling queries related to Windows Server and Cloud-based applications is preferred. Excellent people management and workforce planning skills. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with client interaction and coordination. A highly motivated individual who can work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion. Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
