Team Leader Production

Job title: Team Leader Production Location: On-site, Doddabalapur, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Manage Backend manufacturing operations including Through-Hole Soldering, Assembly, and Testing.Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery commitments.Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, Safety, and Quality Management Systems.Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for process improvements.Handle customer requirements, production planning, and resource allocation.Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and product quality requirements. Knowledge of Standards & Systems: Strong understanding of IPC Standards (IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001) and electronic manufacturing best practices.Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.Knowledge of ESD Control, Process Validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis tools.Experience in handling customer audits, process audits, and quality system audits. Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering.Experience: 815 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing. Industry Experience: Preferably from EMS industry.
