Position: Account Manager (US Staffing) Location: Film Nagar, Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 10-13+ Years Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Qualis1 Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager (US Staffing) with a strong background in managing direct client accounts, specifically TCS and Infosys. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling Core W2, C2C, and Full-Time (FTE) requirements through the MSP/VMS hiring model. Key Responsibilities Manage and support TCS and Infosys direct client accounts. Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2, C2C, and Full-Time (FTE) positions. Work on requirements received through MSP/VMS platforms. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely submissions and closures. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Ensure compliance with client SLAs and recruitment processes. Required Skills Mandatory experience managing TCS and/or Infosys as direct clients. Strong hands-on experience with Core W2, C2C, and Full-Time hiring. Proven experience working in the MSP/VMS recruitment model. Hands-on experience with VMS tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms.
