Foundation, is a Mumbai-based organisation, that works to address gender-based violence against women and children in both online and offline spaces by supporting survivors and families until they thrive again. We address the issue of gender-based violence through three interconnected pillars: immediate response, long-term survivor recovery and systemic reform. Our helpline, Meri Trustline, is Indias trusted support service for online abuse. Beyond this, through our Socio Legal Interventions we provide on-ground legal representation, counselling and social support to children and women survivors of gender violence. What sets RATI apart is our multidisciplinary team that has the ability to work across multiple vulnerabilities with a comprehensive, holistic approach ensuring survivors not only regain safety, but also have the chance to thrive again. Our work has been recognized with the Presidential National Award (2017) for launching Indias first hotline to report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and the Social Innovation Award (2024) from Pune International Centre for our pioneering efforts in addressing online gender-based violence through Meri Trustline. About the Role We are looking for an organized, dependable and process-focused Operations Executive - People & Culture to support the day-to-day functioning of the organization. They will manage employee processes, maintain accurate records, coordinate administrative requirements and ensure that routine organisational systems function smoothly and on time. The person will support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination and onboarding, attendance and leave management, maintain employee-related documentation, supporting performance-review processes and staff exits. They will also assist with office administration, calendars, vendors, travel, meetings, internal events and operational follow-up. This is a suitable opportunity for someone who wants to work towards a diverse team and who enjoys bringing structure to a growing organisation. While experience in the non-profit sector is not essential, the candidate must bring proven expertise in managing people and demonstrate operational excellence. Key responsibilites People Operations: Prepare offer letters, contracts, employee records and onboarding documentation.Coordinate induction and onboarding for new employees, interns and consultants.Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.Manage attendance, leave records, probation timelines and contract-renewal reminders.Coordinate confirmation, performance-review and employee-exit processes.Respond to routine employee queries regarding leave, policies, documentation and organisational processes.Maintain and periodically update HR policies, process documents, templates and internal guidelines.Support compliance with applicable employment and workplace requirements.Coordinate with the finance team on payroll inputs, reimbursements and employee-related documentation. Organisational Operations Maintain organisational calendars, meeting schedules and important internal deadlines.Coordinate team meetings, reviews, retreats, learning circles and internal events.Support the preparation and maintenance of internal trackers, reports and dashboards.Organise documents and ensure that important organisational records are complete, current and easily retrievable.Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend simple, practical improvements.Support senior management with administrative and operational coordination.Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required, in line with the scope of the role and evolving organisational needs. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focused in HR, People & Culture, and Organisational developmentStrong communications skills, interpersonal and organisational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred.Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.Strong ability to assess current systems and introduce effective solutions.Demonstrated leadership skills in organizing and managing teams.
