Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to promote the consultancy's education and student placement services. The successful candidate will generate leads, counsel prospective students, build relationships with schools and institutions, and convert inquiries into enrollments while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the admission process. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new student leads through online and offline marketing activities, referrals, and networking. Counsel prospective students and parents on study abroad and higher education opportunities. Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial considerations to recommend suitable institutions and programs. Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into applications and enrollments. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate partners to generate referrals. Promote the consultancy's services through seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, student interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Coordinate with admissions, visa, and documentation teams to ensure a smooth application process. Stay updated on admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and education industry trends. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. Qualifications ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. ~13 years of experience in educational consultancy, admissions, student recruitment, or sales is preferred. ~ Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered. Required Skills Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills. Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong follow-up and customer service skills. Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of higher education systems, study abroad processes, and visa procedures is an advantage.
