About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction. 2. Onboard new customers and help them successfully use the product or service. 3. Proactively resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams. 4. Monitor customer engagement, gather feedback, and improve product adoption. 5. Drive customer retention, renewals, and identify opportunities for account growth.
