INFOTRON is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Business Systems Analyst (Cost Accounting & Inventory) to support and enhance their Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver scalable ERP solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the liaison between business and technical teamsGather requirements, lead discovery sessions, and create functional specificationsConfigure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:Cost AccountingReceipt AccountingSupply Chain Financial Orchestration (SCFO)Inventory ManagementOracle Product Information Management (PIM)Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS)Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvementsDesign and maintain Subledger Accounting (SLA) rulesSupport testing, UAT, quarterly patches, and system upgradesTroubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysisMaintain system documentation and ensure SOX/ITGC complianceSupport financial period-end close activitiesSkills5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst5+ years of Oracle Financials/Supply Chain Applications experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred)Strong ERP and business process knowledgeExperience gathering requirements and working in Agile environmentsBasic to intermediate SQL skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, BI Publisher, OBIEE, Snowflake, or SigmaERP integration experienceExposure to AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, Glean, or Oracle Fusion Agentic AIPublic company experienceCompany OverviewInfotron is a business consulting and technology partner helping companies scale through talent, technology, and operational support.
