Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Custom Applications (App Engine), UI Builder, or Financial Services Operations (FSO). The ideal candidate will have robust experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements. - Implement and support one or more ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, WSD, SPM/PPM, APM, CSM, Custom Applications, UI Builder, or FSO. - Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine. - Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Notifications, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Service Catalog. - Build and enhance custom applications using App Engine Studio and scoped applications. - Develop modern user experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience framework. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services. - Create dashboards, reports, Performance Analytics, and KPIs to support business reporting. - Participate in solution design, estimation, technical documentation, and code reviews. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance. - Follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions. Good to Have - ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, or SecOps exposure. - Service Portal and UI Framework experience. - CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Exposure to AI-powered capabilities such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent. .
