ServiceNow Developer ITSM, SecOps, HRSD & HAM Pro ServiceNow Developer ITSM, SecOps, HRSD & HAM Pro2 We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including end-to-end project delivery and successful go-live support for HAM Pro implementations. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Platform Development Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. Implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. ITSM Implementation & Support Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB processes. Implement ITIL best practices across ServiceNow ITSM modules. Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities. Security Operations (SecOps) Implement and maintain ServiceNow SecOps modules including: Vulnerability Response Security Incident Response (SIR) Threat Intelligence (if applicable) Integrate security tools and vulnerability scanners with ServiceNow. Automate remediation workflows and security processes. HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events. Design employee-centric workflows and self-service experiences. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize service delivery processes. Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) Lead and support HAM Pro implementations and go-live activities. Configure hardware asset lifecycle management processes including: Procurement Inventory Management Asset Tracking Stockroom Management Asset Retirement and Disposal Implement normalization and reconciliation processes. Ensure alignment between HAM Pro, CMDB, and Discovery data. Integration & Automation Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party tools. Automate business processes using Flow Designer and orchestration capabilities. Project Delivery Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Lead UAT, go-live planning, cutover activities, and hypercare support. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials. Required Skills 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and development experience. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development. Expertise in: ITSM SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response) HRSD HAM Pro Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading HAM Pro implementation and go-live activities. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or HAM. .
