Maintain support documentation on Confluence and SharePoint while ensuring SLA compliance. Job Requirements: 510 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, especially HCM and Financials modules. Robust SQL/PLSQL skills and familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server back-end. Proficient in Azure, Agile methodology, and Windows AD/Role-Based Security. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, global support settings. .
