Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Technology Architect, or Solution Architect with a strong focus on cloud architecture and generative AI. Deep expertise in designing and architecting large-scale enterprise applications and eCommerce platforms. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and C#. Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, API-first design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure; AWS experience is a plus. Proficiency in SQL Server, NoSQL databases, caching technologies, and messaging platforms. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience integrating third-party systems, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modernization strategies, and legacy system transformation. Ability to evaluate, select, and validate technology stacks, frameworks, and architectural patterns aligned with business goals. Proven track record of leading architecture reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide development teams through the entire software development lifecycle. Experience in effort estimation, solution sizing, risk assessment, and technology roadmap planning. Familiarity with architecture governance, security best practices, compliance requirements, and coding standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail and eCommerce domains, legacy application modernization programs, and cloud migration initiatives. Architecture certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable. Responsibilities Define and drive the overall solution architecture for enterprise applications, eCommerce platforms, and legacy systems. Evaluate, identify, validate, and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns aligned with business objectives. Challenge existing technical approaches and provide alternative solutions to improve scalability, maintainability, security, and performance. Design end-to-end application architectures, integration strategies, and modernization roadmaps. Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Define application, integration, security, cloud, and data architecture standards. Drive modernization of legacy applications to modern cloud-native and microservices-based architectures. Ensure adherence to architecture governance, coding standards, security best practices, and compliance requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in effort estimation, solution sizing, risk assessment, and technology roadmap planning. Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and customer presentations when required. .

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
