Technical Expertise - Experienced in solutioning and implementation of Green field projects leveraging IaaS, PaaS for Primary site and DR. - Near expert knowledge of AWS Products & Services, Compute, Storage, Security, networking, etc. - Proficient skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Linux, Shell scripting. - Proficient skills with git and git workflows. - Excellent working knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems experience of supporting and troubleshooting issues and performance. - Highly skilled in Terraform/IaC, including CI/CD practices. - Working knowledge in Kubernetes. - Experience in designing, building, implementing, analysing, Migrating and troubleshooting highly available systems. - Knowledge of at least one configuration management system such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet or any other such tools. - Understanding of services and protocols, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of hosting environments, including web servers, databases, caching, and database services. - Knowledge in the application of current and emerging network software and hardware technology and protocols. Skills - Passionate about technology and has a desire to constantly expand technical knowledge. - Detail-oriented in documenting information and able to own customer issues through resolution. - Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure. - Demonstrate sound problem-solving skills coupled with a desire to take on responsibility. - Solid written and verbal communication skills, both highly technical and non-technical. - Ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences.
