What is the job: The Cloud DCOps Engineer will join the Radware Cloud Division, working closely with Infrastructure and Operations teams to support, operate, and scale Radwares global cloud and data center infrastructures. The role requires a robust understanding of data center operations, cloud infrastructure requirements, and service availability, with a focus on maintaining reliable data center operations, enabling infrastructure growth, and ensuring platform stability. What will you do Deploy and operate data center and cloud infrastructure solutions handed off from the architecture and engineering teams. Perform handson operational activities for servers, storage, and network equipment. Install, rack, cable, label, RMA and decommission hardware. Work closely with Data Centers and operations team to manage space, power and track inventory in all PoPs. Use or develop scripts/tools for operational efficiency. Prepare SOWs defining operational scope, infrastructure tasks, and supporting project planning and execution. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve escalated infrastructure and hardware issues. Operate in a multi-vendor setting (servers, storage, network, and data center infrastructure vendors). What you need: 4+ years of industry-relevant experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or cloud operations roles. Strong hands-on experience with building server racks (installation of routers, switches, servers etc. patching with different types of cabling) knowledge and hands-on experience with the following: Deep knowledge of Juniper routers and switches L2/L3 Switching/Routing, dynamic routing protocols BGP TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, L4/L7 Load Balancing Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and escalations. Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and good English (written and verbal). Ability to follow runbooks and escalation paths ability to work in missioncritical settings Advantage: Linux systems administration virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS) Experience working in private and public cloud environments. .
