Talent Acquisition Loco Lane & Loco Bear Location: Bengaluru Department: Human Resources Talent Acquisition Experience Required: 35 Years Industry Preference: F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, Family Entertainment Centres About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to drive hiring for both Loco Lane & Loco Bear. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bulk and niche hiring within the F&B and entertainment space, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple centres and corporate functions. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands operational hiring challenges, and can build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment * Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Handle hiring for operations, corporate, F&B, entertainment, and support functions.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and timelines.Drive bulk hiring initiatives for outlet and centre operations. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and social hiring. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on role fit and culture alignment. Stakeholder Management * Work closely with Centre HRs and department heads for smooth hiring execution. Ensure timely interview coordination and feedback management.Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Operations & Reporting * Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards accurately. Ensure interview data, feedback, and status updates are documented properly.Monitor key hiring metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, and sourcing effectiveness. Employer Branding * Support hiring campaigns, walk-ins, and recruitment drives. Contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media and hiring platforms.Help create engaging recruitment content and hiring communications. Desired Candidate Profile * 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or entertainment industry preferred.Strong understanding of operational and bulk hiring.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and hiring portals.
