Product Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing team! What you will do Primary responsibility is to conduct indepth product analysis, including market research, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback evaluation to inform product strategy and decisionmaking. Utilize datadriven insights to optimize product performance and contribute to strategic decisionmaking processes. Prepare and present regular reports on product metrics, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement. Gather and analyse data from various sources to conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks. Use statistical techniques and data visualisation to interpret trends and patterns. What we are looking for Experience: 13years of relevant experience in the same or a similar domain. Education: Mandatory Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems. Data analysis: Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to derive actionable insights for informed decisionmaking. Product evaluation: Skilled in assessing product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Communication: Strong communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of comprehensive reports and effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis, documentation, and requirement gathering. Problemsolving: Ability to identify problems, gather relevant information, and propose practical solutions to improve product performance and user experience; the ability to balance technical and business considerations in decisionmaking.
