Lead / Architect- AI

Role & responsibilities Title Lead/ Architect AI Location Hyderabad (WFO) We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer with 715+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, AI/ML, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI platforms, advanced Generative AI solutions, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and intelligent automation systems. 715+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or architecture roles Strong expertise in AI/ML systems, LLMs, and RAG architectures Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture Experience designing data pipelines and working with vector databases Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with enterprise AI platforms and large-scale deployments Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks Familiarity with DevOps tools, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Responsible AI and governance frameworks Technical Leadership Lead cross-functional teams of architects, data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and platform teams. Mentor and guide engineering teams on AI architecture best practices. Drive technology strategy, architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and innovation initiatives. Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to align AI strategy with business goals. Leadership & Communication Proven ability to lead large technical teams and strategic initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong consulting, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions. .
