We are currently transitioning into a Private Limited Company and seeking a strategic Investor Partner to join us as an early stakeholder. Role Overview We are offering 10% Equity in GeoNagrik for a seed capital investment of 40 Lakhs (valuing the company at 4 Crores post-money). As an Investor Partner, you will not only provide growth capital but also serve as a key strategic advisor, helping guide market expansion, core team acquisition, and future fundraising rounds. Key Responsibilities & Contribution Capital Contribution: Commit 40 Lakhs in seed equity investment to fund our 12-month GTM roadmap. Strategic Advisory: Participate in monthly/quarterly strategic reviews to advise on sales, marketing, and business scaling. Network & Partnership Expansion: Connect GeoNagrik with local merchant networks, healthcare institutions, fleet operators, and institutional partners. Team & Growth Oversight: Guide executive hiring for sales and marketing leads. Governance: Assist during Private Limited incorporation, equity structure setup, and future institutional funding rounds (Series Pre-A/A). How Your Capital Will Be Capitalized (Use of Funds) Your 40 Lakhs investment will be strategically deployed as follows: 40% (16 Lakhs) Talent Acquisition: Hiring Field Sales Executives (Vendor Onboarding) and a Performance Marketing Lead. 30% (12 Lakhs) Digital Marketing: Paid ads across Instagram and LinkedIn to acquire citizens and B2B partners. 20% (8 Lakhs) Vendor & Customer Acquisition: Merchant onboarding kits (QR standees, sticker packs) and local community drives. 10% (4 Lakhs) Corporate Setup & Legal: Private Limited company registration, legal compliance, trademark protection, and administration. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Individual Angel Investor, Family Office, or Micro-VC Syndicate. Capability to invest 40 Lakhs against 10% Equity in a Private Limited entity. Background or interest in hyperlocal business models, retail commerce, marketplace dynamics, or tech startups in India.
