Position- Process Excellence Manager Location: Dubai or India Duration: 6 Months and extendable Role Purpose: The Process Excellence Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function. Key Responsibilities: Own process architecture and standardization framework. Maintain process repository and process governance. Lead end-to-end process mapping and target operating model design. Conduct process maturity assessments. Key Performance Indicators: % processes documented % processes standardized Process maturity score Qualifications & Experience: Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and qualified certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
