Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Naya Raipur. Qualifications Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and ledger management.Expertise in taxation and compliance, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and familiarity with relevant Indian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Experience in budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis, preferably within manufacturing or OEM environments.Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and other financial tools used for data analysis and reporting.Ability to maintain robust internal controls, support audits, and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Naya Raipur.Prior experience in a manufacturing company or similar industrial setup is highly desirable.
