The Loss Mitigation Associate will manage delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies while collaborating cross-divisionally to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage a queue of delinquent 80+ days past due accounts. Handle inbound and outbound calls as needed per position. Ensure reputed company account activity is properly documented per department standards.
