The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Will be promoted to RPA Developer based on performance after 1 year. Job Responsibilities: - Support, monitor and manage bots and automated processes in Blue Prism - Develop RPA solutions using Blue prism - Monitor performance of robots to identify opportunities for improvement - Perform root cause analysis and apply permanent fix - Support and resolve incidents within the service target agreed with the Business - Ensure all incidents are managed end-to-end - Conduct second-level support - Support the preparation of KPIs to report on Service Delivery performance - Liaise with country teams on control related queries - Support different countries to conduct periodic review of automation - Track system usage and make recommendations for improvement - Test software robots and deployment plans as necessary. - Develop training manuals if necessary. Key Result Areas: - Process Monitoring: Ensure smooth RPA process execution by monitoring bots and resolving issues promptly. - Maintenance & Upgrades: Keep RPA software up-to-date and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. - Incident Management: Respond to incidents, coordinate solutions, and provide status updates. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of RPA processes, changes, and troubleshooting steps. - Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance process performance for speed and accuracy. - User Support: Assist users with RPA-related inquiries and provide training when needed. - Security & Compliance: Ensure RPA processes adhere to security and compliance standards. - Change Management: Manage changes to RPA configurations and processes with minimal disruption. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to refine and expand automation. - Reporting: Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights for process enhancement.
